Sim rescue is a flight simulator game. Your mission is to safe trapped civilians and to drop them to the hospital. Put your ladder down so the civilians can climb up to the helicopter. Refuel your helicopter before you go on in a mission. Also keep an eye on the wind speed. As you pass levels the mission is getting more complicated. Fly Around = Arrow Keys; Refuel = Space Bar; Lower Ladder = S Key
